In a first, a woman in a wheelchair won a Tony Award. Ali Stroker (who I remember from Glee) won for her incredible performance in Oklahoma! Target recently extended family medical leave coverage for all of its 350k employees, including retail workers who are hourly and part time. Those folks may now access up to 4 weeks of paid leave to care for a newborn or sick family member. Workers will also receive 20 days of included child care or elder care.
