5 things / Super Bowl

This week I also learned:
Etsy.com has achieved gender parity (at least 50% women) throughout the company, including the Board. And they just doubled their number of black and Latinx hires. This doesn't happen by accident - the company set clear but achievable goals.
According to a new Bloomberg study, hedge funds led by women and people of color outperformed other hedge funds by a massive 72%.
Fifth Third Bank pulled its donation from a school voucher fund in Florida, because the fund provides money to schools that banned LGBTQ students. Props to Fifth Third for applying pressure -- I hope it causes the fund to change its policy.
A Milwaukee high school girls basketball team has been granted permission to play truly authentically. The all-Muslim Salam Stars can wear hijabs, long sleeves, and long pants to play. You've got to watch this.
